Introducing Don Conley- Don has been in the residential real estate business for over 37 years as a sales person, broker, manager and developer. Don's success in the real estate business has given him the experience and expertise to give his clients the best possible service. Don has obtained the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation, given to member who have proven sales performance. The Council of Residential Specialists' sales courses provide real estate professionals with the latest information in the ever-changing industry.
The Conley Sales Team has been Top Producers in the Prudential Realty Associates for over 20 years. Consistently nationally ranked in the top 100 of over 63,000 agents nationwide, reaching as high as 7th in the country for production.
Why the team approach? The real estate business has evolved and Don has always been able to embrace change in order to maximize the clients benefits. The team approach allows us to maximize our efforts in a that keeps our buyers and sellers informed and in a position to react immediatley to the everyday changes in our business.
Don is a master sales person that knows the difference between "order taking and professional sales." It is our goal to is to do the job that you hire us to do - buy or sell real estate. That means having a shared goal with our clients and doing everything possible to make these goals a reality.

Introducing Mike Mullins- As a member of the Conley Sales Team since entering the real estate business in May 2000 Mike Mullins has been an integral member in achieving local & national awards for production. Mike specializes in a diverse range of clients as well as a variety of property types. “Each transaction can expect the same level of service my goal is to be an effective communicator, educator & negotiator while simplifying the home buying or selling process.” Some times emotions can get in the way of a real estate transaction. Introducing Matt Lockhart- Matt has been a Realtor with Prudential California Realty since 1998. He began his career in the Rancho Santa Fe Village office exclusively handling high end properties through 2001. Over the years Matt has gone on to receive the GRI, Graduate of the Realty Institution, as well as E-Pro and was selectively chosen to be an active member of Prudential's E-Team.His years of experience have enabled Matt to have extensive contract knowledge, is often called upon to help assist with his peers with their transactions. Through this experience, including the quantity of transactions Matt has closed over the years, his clients can rest assured that there pursuit to buy or sell a home is being properly taken care of! Introducing Diane Kohler - Diane Kohler brings over 25 years of residential real estate experience and sales expertise. Diane has a long tradition of real estate development and construction in her family, her father being in commercial development and contracting for over 30 years in the Los Angeles area.
Diane graduated from San Diego State University with a degree in Business Administration. She remained in San Diego after graduation working for a commercial and residential developer in the La Jolla area as their Contracts Manager. Diane later accepted a position with a large residential developer in Rancho Santa Fe.
Diane began selling residential real estate, and was awarded “Rookie of the Year” her first year in sales. She has been a consistent producer, and is also a Coach for the leading real estate business development company in North America in assisting other agents in growing and developing their practices.
Diane is accomplished in all areas of residential real estate sales, and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her clients. Many of her clients develop a lifelong business relationship with her having her handle all of their real estate investments and personal homes, while referring relatives and friends.
Diane lives in Carmel Valley. She has three amazing children and enjoys spending time with her family, involvement in humanitarian causes, reading, fitness, and travel.

Introducing David Foggiano- After graduating from the University of Oregon, with a focus on Finance,David began his commercial profession with a major national retailer, where he topped all preexisting sales records for his departments. Eager to take his sales career to the next level, David returned to his birthplace, San Diego, where he joined the Conley Sales Team. Since then, his dedication to his clients has enabled David to deliver what he believes to be the most important aspect of his business: providing the San Diego real estate market with superb customer service. A sixth generation native Californian, David is proud to represent the Conley Sales Team in this prestigious county.

Introducing Chelsea Childs- Chelsea has been around real estate sales, investing, and training her entire life. With her family buying, selling, and negotiating real estate for themselves and their clients for well over 25 years, Chelsea entered the business with a complete understanding of great ethics, business strategies, and the ability to communicate effectively. She continues to work effortlessly to bring a fresh and invigorating outlook to the business, while contributing with her experience in developing and managing customer service and marketing departments in both the retail and medical industries. Chelsea's overall goal is to creat a level professionalism and experience that will surpass client expectations.

Introducing Scott Conley- Scott entered the real estate business February 15,1999 with Prudential California Realty. In his first year, he was able to attain the sales status of "President's Circle," (Prudential's second highest production status, which represents the top 5% of sales associates in the nation). Scott was also honored as the 1999 "Rookie of the Year for the Rancho Santa Fe Offices of Prudential California Realty. Scotts enthusastic, detail oriented, problem solver (that's not a problem, I'll take care of it) attitude is what makes Scott a successful agent.
